License

You may not open, edit, or modify fonts. Convert to paths and editing in programs such as Illustrator are permitted, provided the results are not converted back to font software for redistribution.

You cannot redistribute fonts because copyright is still with us.

Editing and / or changing the font name is not permitted, this is not an original font creation and does not negate the original license terms. The device can provide special font designs, adaptations and related licenses for all your needs.

Using font elements as the basis for new fonts is not permitted.

If you want the font to be used as part of the campaign, and need other agencies or individuals to use the same font, they must buy their own license from us as the seller and owner of the copyright font. The correct way to do this is to include the retailer’s URL or Device (www.sabrcreative.com) in your material. The retailer list is currently available in the “Fonts Device Information” file.

Respect for copyright – the legal consequences of using non-licensed or adapted fonts can be very expensive and result in the removal of all offensive copies. Poorly adapted fonts are often found to have a number of serious technical and design errors, the most common being missing kerning (contextual letter space), missing characters, bad spaces, incorrect point construction, clash ID fonts and missing counters because of the wrong direction. Allowed

  • Users are allowed to use the asset for commercial purposes under the terms of each license.
  • Users can use the asset for non-commercial and personal activities with all types of licenses.

Not Allowed

  • Users are not allowed to resell or sublicense the Licensed Asset in a way that directly competes with it.
  • Modifications of the asset cannot be resold as standalone products.
  • Users are not allowed to make the asset public or share it in a way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file.
  • Users are prohibited from using the asset in inappropriate or unlawful materials such as pornography, fraud, immorality, mockery, offense, or defamation.
  • Users cannot falsify ownership of the asset.
  • Only the License is allowed to customize a digital or physical end product.
  • Any other use not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.

Desktop License

Desktop licenses are cumulative. To cover additional users, place a new order for the same Desktop package and specify the number of additional users. If you don’t find the suitable license or have any questions, feel free to contact us. For more details, please check the license page.

Web Font License

  • 1 website/domain.
  • Embedding the font using @font-face.
  • Monthly webpage views: 100,000 views/month.
  • Lifetime usage.

  • Use the font for up to 3 E-book or Publishing titles.

Social Media Content Creator

  • Install the font on your Mac OS X or Windows system.
  • Use the font in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Mac Pages, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

  • Create content with the font for all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, etc.
