Refund Returns

Overview

Since the products we sell at Sabr Creative are digital products (fonts) that are instantly downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is successfully completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions

We will only consider requests for a refund or replacement in the following specific circumstances:

The font file is damaged or corrupt and cannot be opened after our technical team has attempted to assist you.

Non-returnable Items

Additional non-returnable items include:

Gift cards.
Software products or fonts that have already been downloaded.

Refunds

If you experience technical issues with a font file, please contact us. If your refund request is approved after review, the refund process will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be considered for technical refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace files if they are proven to be technically defective or damaged. If you need technical assistance or a replacement for a damaged file, please email us at sabrtype@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the font product was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your purchase. Once the technical issue is confirmed, a new voucher code will be sent to you.

Licensing & Usage

Please note that even if a refund is approved, your license to use the font will be immediately revoked. You are required to delete all copies of the downloaded font files from your devices.
